This Pisang Manis was beautifully fried with golden brown color
Make people want to taste it while see it
The crunchy, the taste, the sweetness of it make Ah Mok feel amazing

After had a conversation with Mak Cik, Ah Mok know that the manufacturer has its own banana plantation.
So the sweet banana chips are made from the freshest bananas.
Mok has also visited the banana plantation of the manufacturer.
It's really big and there are too many bananas tree

The manufacturer abandoned the use of ordinary white sugar.
The manufacturer chose to use yellow sugar to make it.
She believes that the sweet caramel flavor from yellow sugar is far from white sugar.
No wonder Mok felt that the caramelized flavor is different from the ordinary sweet banana chips.
So the secret is this

厂家舍弃用一般的白糖，
而选择用黄糖制作，
她认为黄糖带出来的香甜焦香味是白糖远远比不上的。
